Reservation and cancellation policies

Reservation
All reservations must be sent through e-mail, using the form bellow.
We will then confirm your participation the fastest we can, sending you a Paypal appliance for your deposit of 45 Us Dollars (30 €) per person and per excursion. Reception of your deposit will confirm, and only then, your reservation.
Balance will then to be paid at services’day, in cash. Mexican Pesos are welcome!

Cancellation
If you have to cancel your reservation, please let us the soonest you can. If we receive your cancelation at least 10 days before the day of tour, we will refund through Paypal your deposit. After this date, deposit will be kept.
If we have to cancel the departure (bad weather, not enough participants, etc…), we will first present you another date of tour. If this new date is not fitting in your plans, complete refund will be sent to your through Paypal.
It’s very important, and your responsibility, to send us the complete names of all participants (vehicle insurance).
If you want us to pick you up at your place, it’s also necessary for you to send us your room number in order to check security at your hotel or residence’s gate. If information received is not accurate and not allow us to pick you up at your place, no refund will apply.

Traveling with young children
If you plan to travel with kids under 4 years, it will be necessary to organize a private tour for your family.
